Hi all

I hope this finds you in good spirits and all ready to go for our Cul Camp starting Monday morning August 17th.

Just a few things for the week:

1. There are no peanut butter or peanut products allowed on site during the week as we have some participants who have a severe peanut allergy.

2. We will have 2 lunch breaks during the day, so please ensure that your child/children have enough food and water for that.

3. There will be a small sweet shop on site during the 2 lunch breaks if any of the participants would like to buy a sweet treat.

4 The weather forecast is looking good for the week so please ensure apply sun cream on your child before attending, or pack sun cream in their bag

MAKE SURE YOUR PUT YOUR CHILD'S NAME ON EVERYTHING THEY BRING WITH THEM (CLOTHES AND EQUIPMENT)

5. We will be using the grass pitches for our activities this week so please make sure all participants are wearing the correct foot wear for this. Multi stud boots would be the preferred option with the grass pitches being quite hard at the moment.

6. If you need to collect your child/children early from camp during the week, they will need to sign out with me before they can leave.

7. Camp hours are 10am - 2pm. Children can be dropped down from 9.45am onwards and will need to be collected @ 2pm (Tuesday - Friday)

8. Camp registration takes place Monday morning from 9.30am on the all weather pitch.
Please look for your child/children's year of birth on the table 

9. All participants will need a hurley, helmet, gumshield, gloves as they will be playing Hurling/Camogie & Football during the camp

During the week, we will endeavour to ensure all participants have as much fun as possible. We encourage all participants to engage with all the activities, in particular the ones that they might not have done before. 

We will be keeping a close eye on the weather forecast throughout the week and will keep you posted via email with any alterations or cancellations.

10. Parking​ & Collection Points

Carrigaline GAA club will be extremely busy in the morning and in the evening each day of camp and parking is very limited on club grounds. If you are able to walk to camp or cycle, please do so to help ease traffic congestion.
 
If you are parking on the club grounds, please adhere to the 'One Way System' in place and listen to the advise given to you by our club volunteers.

The gate behind the Wall Ball will also be open from 9.30am - 10.15am & 1.30pm - 2.15pm if people want to park near the Edmund Rice & Educate Together campus and walk down.
